- Melee Protection Aura: while you can't act when invul'd, you can with this aura, buy it if you've got spare skill points.will buy enough time for a healer to revive someone from your group, if you have enough skill points, do buy it. - Invulnerability: sometimes, using invul.- Self heal: while I, personnally, didnt waste SPs on self heal stamina, you'll want to buy at least self heal life.stanza will allow you to hit up to twice as hard, make sure to use it along with accurate attack. - Accurate attack: use accurate attack whenever possible, this will allow you to land hits more often, thus killing the mob faster.Take into consideration that Stamina is easier to heal than HP, but also that healers will most likely heal your HP than your Stamina, especially at low levels as they won't necessarily own the Stam heal yet. - Credit Life & Stamina : when editing your combat actions, find the good balance between these two stanzas, to make your healer's life easier.- Taunt: buy the taunt stanza, it will allow you to take the aggro from the healer, or from another fighter who's too badly hurt.These apply to most MMOs, not only Ryzom. - Stanzas like Melee Protection Aura (MPA) and invulnerability are quite costly in skill points but they are life savers too, you might want to raise Ranged Fight a bit to get a couple spare skillpoints, then buy these.Д«elow are the most vital group tactics to keep in mind.- Last but not least, you'll want to learn the taunt power, and when you get a chance, circular attack.Ignore armor would be a nice addition if you'll be using piercing weapons. - Now, onto pure fight stanzas, you'll need damage increase and accurate attack at the very least.- First of all I'd suggest the *obvious* HP and regen upgrades along with the self heal, you'll also want some Stamina and the associated regen.Now, which stanzas should a melee fighter take?.

- And lastly, more HP will grant you an additionnal security when you'll want to give harvesting a try.

- Training magic and not only focusing on fight will let you resurrect your friends, if you're the only one left standing.

- You'll be able to credit many HP to your spells without being worried, since you'll have a good regen rate.

- It also means you'll be able to get a better self heal.

- More HP means that if you are attacked during a hunt, fighters will have more time to come and taunt the mob away from you.

As a word of advice, I'll slip in the following: first, raise melee fighting a bit to get yourself some Hit Points, then, you might consider training magic too:.

Now that you know the monster types, lets get to their rating.

Be extra cautious around them, while kipees or kizoars are only social, the others are aggro and will kill you on sight. They include kipees, kinchers, kipestas, kirostas, kipuckas amongst others.

- Kitins: The kitins are insect-like creatures with a hard shell.

Be careful around aggros such as carnivores, they inflict much more damage than the tiny herbivores. Don't even try to taunt one away from its group or you'll end up with the whole lot chasing you.

- Carnivores: You don't need to worry about them being social, since they'll attack you on sight.

Therefore, you'll want to learn the 'Taunt' fight stanza, which lets you draw an animal away from its herd, and isolate it.

- Herbivores: Most of the herbivores are social, which means they will group if you attack one.
